We are creating a space where you feel comfortable and relaxed to exercise at a time that suits you — 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm. Once a member, the Zest app generates your access code and lets you book classes. The gym is minimally staffed by design; instructors come in to teach and induct.
For your safety, if you find yourself training alone, pick up a safety button on your way in. One press and we're there — at any time.

We will have a range of classes from boxing to yoga. Memberships allow you to book classes, but they do not include the cost of the classes — each class is paid directly to the instructor.
